How can Greene County expand child care options?
Many businesses are building and expanding in Greene County. This will create a need for more child care options to accommodate new employees. All interested persons are invited to an open house to learn more about child care in Greene County Tuesday, Sept. 30, from 5 to 7 pm at the ISU Greene County Extension and Outreach office, 104 W. Washington St, Jefferson.
Learn about existing child care options and increasing access for working parents. Employers can learn about services that assist with employees’ child care issues. Providers can learn ways to enhance the services they already provide. Others attending can learn how to start a new child care business.
